Gabe Gan

Gabe Gan, NCEMSF Mid-Atlantic Regional Coordinator, first became involved in EMS as a high school student in the Maryland suburbs of Washington, D.C. He attended Emory University in Atlanta, GA, where he majored in human health and held various leadership positions as a member of Emory EMS. Gabe received his Master of Public Health degree from Columbia University's Mailman School of Public Health in 2018, and spent over three years as a healthcare consultant for payers and providers with the PricewaterhouseCoopers Health Industries Advisory practice. He now works for the Office of the Medical Director at the District of Columbia Fire & EMS Department, where he serves as the department’s lead EMS quality improvement analyst and also assists in the structuring and implementation of novel clinical programs and research projects. He previously served as Southeast Regional Coordinator.
