Kris Kurtz, NCEMSF North Central Regional Coordinator, began his collegiate EMS career with the St. Olaf EMT Service in 2020. While at St. Olaf, he served as the Vice President and President for the organization. After graduating in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, he moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico and works at Albuquerque Ambulance Service as an AEMT. In addition, Kris has been a national ski patroller in Bloomington, MN and Sandia Park, NM. Kris uses his free time enjoying the New Mexico landscape and officiating high school athletics.
