The 19th Annual NCEMSF Conference will be hosted at the Hyatt Regency Baltimore.

As of February 2nd, the NCEMSF room block at the Hyatt is full and the hotel nearly sold out for the weekend of the conference. Few rooms at the Hyatt are still available, however, the NCEMSF special conference room rate of $132 per night (plus taxes) is no longer guaranteed and market rates may apply. When calling the Hyatt to book a room, if given the option of still being granted a reservation even if at a higher and potentially unaffordable rate, we advise making the reservation and immediately emailing hotel.liaison@ncemsf with the confirmation number and name and we can assist in adjusting rate.
